Technology tends to be an overlooked area in our world today. Many people (myself being a guilty culprit) tend to get lost in the vast technology from time to time. Shown in many forms, whether it be cursing assorted words you heard only your father ever say aimed at your frozen computer (first thing in my mind is "oooooooooooooooooooohhhhhh Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuudge" and if I need to say what that quote is from then please leave America you do not belong) or just simply ignoring the the specifics of technology that greatly effect the product people use every day, such as the difference between LCD and Plasma tv's. Technology is always expanding to the point where new innovative technology takes on a "wooptie-doo" perspective. For example, Apple Ipods started out as "wow cool i need one!" Then it became tiresome. It was then shrunken into the Ipod Mini. As Borat once put it "everyone knows they are for girls," but still everyone was wowed by this. Then the nano came out and everyone thought very cool. After the nano has been increased in storage and smaller and more durable, people brush it off with a "who cares... give me more!" attitude. Computers also tend to fall victim to people who overlook technology. Pounding on keyboards, yelling at the computer, and trying every other trick in the book cannot save a computer from occationally becoming an "inconvinience." As newer technology is rapidly produced and distributed, we become more expecting of it. I assume we won't become fully fixed on some technology until we can have atom transporters like in the movies, and even that will become an inconvenience ("Damn atom transporter 5000, i dont have minutes to waste here lets move it!"). As I get to the end of this rant I don't even recall if that was an answer to fit the needs of the question... basically I'm just saying that technology plays a larger role in our lives more so than we tend to see for ourselves. Here, I will summarize all of my belief in one simple statement... Take it away and you don't know what you've got till its gone (dont know what it is i did so wrong wrong wrong... i dont know the rest of these lyrics... you know that song by that band cinderella? nevermind) and think of it this way... if we didn't have technology, you would be off rolling a big wooden ring around with a stick instead... wait... that was acctually fun in 3rd grade... nevermind technology sucks
Just kidding its cool I like technology...
