My favorite book is... uhhhh.... ummmmmm....

Well as an avid reader i say my favorite is.... ahhh who am i kidding i rarely read. As much as I like stories, i prefer the two hour visual route (my euphemism for movies). If I can go with story instead of book this would be much easier. Well not so much because there are too many now.... Meeting the book and story idea half way I would say The Shawshank Redemption (<- thats supposed to be underlined but i dont see a way to underline it) is my favorite story. Never read the Stephen King novel, but the Frank Darabont adapted movie with Tim Robbins and, god himself, Morgan Freeman, was just spectacular if i do say so myself. The use of sympathy and liking towards criminals and favoring them over guards is used perfectly along with psychological profile of every individual explained in a way that requires thought but doesnt hide it. The underlying genius of the main character Andy and the suprise twist filled ending that is pretty much like someone going "look at this hand look at it look at it" and *POW* hits you with the other hand. See it and you might agree with me... as for the books... ehhhh... i read holes and harry potter as a kid... thats about it

  1. For underlining just hit ctrl+u like you would in word or you can edit the html and add < u > insert title here < /u > to it. (Just remove the spaces between the u and the <>)

  2. You should read the Stephen King version. He is a masterful storyteller.
